Directions:

From M6 (J6) follow A38m towards city centre. Follow signs for city centre/ICC/A456 (Broad Street). Turn left at Hyatt Hotel. Hotel is situated on the right at the bottom of Bridge Street. From A4540 (Ring Road) follow signs for A456 (Broad Street). Turn right into Gas Street then at the end turn left into Holliday Street. Hotel is immediately left after the bridge on Bridge Street. There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Town Hall Car Park (sat nav: B5 4AF) or Euro car park Fiveways (B15 1DB).

"Convenient City Centre location ..."
I’ve never seen a check-in queue that extends out the door, but we were greeted by one when we tried to check-in at 15:30. Having checked-in online, I still had to confirm my details at the counter, sign a piece of paper and pick up my room keys; there was not automated check-in terminal. Our room was small and had a low ceiling, but other than that it was comfortable and quiet. No complaints.
"Warm welcome."
Such a warm and welcoming staff who go above and beyond. The location is perfect and the facilities are the usual high standard. Have the breakfast!
"Hot like Sweatty flip-flops"
No ventillation, no cooling in the bedroom... a little like a sweatbox, only hotter. Bed comfortable, Staff very good.

We stayed here for one night as we were going to see Stevie Wonder at the Utilita stadium and wanted a hotel close by. Premier Inns are known for their comfortable mattresses and it didn't disappoint. A good night's sleep in a hotel is crucial for us and we were both extremely happy. The breakfast room was light and airy and had a view of the canal. There was a choice of continental or cooked, we had the cooked which was very fresh and hot. Afterwards, we had coffee and croissants; there was a good selection of cereals, fruit and different bread types.
"Awful Hotel"
In dire need of refurbishment. No air conditioning. A noisy fan was provided which eadnt PAT tested. Asked to book an evening meal. Restaurant didn't open until 6.00 so if you are going to a music event which we were then you are then this is poor customer service. People asked for directions at the reception for the arena and the reception staff didn't know. So no to a good night's rest
