    Directions:

    Exit the M25 at Junction 9, and take the A243 exit to A24. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Leatherhead By-Pass. Then take the first exit onto Leatherhead Road. Turn right onto Ashley Road, then turn left onto The Parade.

    "Nice staff, small but clean rooms"
    Lovely stay at Epsom Town Centre Premier Inn. Amazing staff particularly the manager, Arslan and the receptionists Kyle and Liudmyla. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Very good standard of cleanliness in the rooms. Bar and restaurant are available for quick drinks, breakfast and dinner. Next time we will definitely stay here
    "Perfect for family and business"
    We had a great 9 night stay the hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. The door cards worked for our whole stay. Ludmila was a star who’s customer service style stood out, very welcoming.kyle is also helpful and arson’s
    "Lovely stay"
    I stay at Premier Inn quite often for business trips, and recently I visited the Premier Inn Epsom Central while going to Epsom Hospital. From check-in to check-out the service was excellent. The team at reception were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay easy and stress-free. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and I also had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious and good value. The staff really stood out – polite, helpful, and always smiling, which makes such a difference when travelling for work.
    "Prejudiced hotel manager Arslan"
    My room was not very spacious, I had a problem to get to the bathroom safely and not damage the bathroom door with my wheelchair. The room matched the pictures but I wasn't given PEEP (personal evacuation emergency plan) at the check in which is the oversite from the hotel. My stay was full of unexpected and unwelcomed experiences which I don't think I'll forget in a hurry. I wouldn't recommend this place for a wheelchair user. The air condition was centrally controlled every and all morning and there was no way to change it in the room. There's only one proper space for a wheelchair user in the restaurant / dining room, no way to have more than one disabled person there at the same time. NO room service allowed at all, not even to get a coffee from the reception, nor anything else. All forbidden by the multi site manager. Disabled treated with utter disrespect at all times by managers. Hotel manager Arslan the lead of all problems. No room cleaning by anybody for weeks. I would attach the photos but they would be not approved here anyway so no point of doing so.

    Lovely place to stay , staff very welcoming , good food , local to all amenities , would definitely recommend this place to stay .

Head over to the famous Epsom Downs Racecourse for an exciting day out at the races, or enjoy a more relaxed afternoon with a walk around the scenic Surrey Hills.
