"Exactly what you expect from Premier Inn with the most wonderful greeting"
From the very beginning this was a great experience. I always choose a Premier Inn where possible as you know what you are getting and you know you are going to get a decent sleep and the breakfast is great (superb options for us vegans!). On check in, we met the wonderful Beverley who shared in our joy when told we were there as we were getting married. She was so friendly and welcoming and made it feel like coming home. A woman we had never met chatted with us like old friends and it was wonderful. This is especially important as a same sex couple, as there is still ignorance in the world but we felt none of this at all at this hotel, with Beverley basking in our love and joy with us. On getting up to the room, we found the fan had been left on to help cool the room down (very grateful!) and a few mins later we had a knock at the door. It was a bottle of wine courtesy of the absolutely wonderful Beverley. Honestly, this would have been a great stay anyway, but Beverley made it even better than great. Exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and the warmest of welcomes. Thank you so much.

"Re-Train staff! "
I have stayed at Cannock multiple times & never had a problem but this time when I checked in your hotel on Friday to be greeted by a lady in the desk to which was rude, she has no manners at all, I asked about booking a table for the restaurant as I know weekend probably busy all I go was you could buy I wouldn't as the food isn't the best, bad advertisement a member of staff slating them to a paying guest. Then I asked her where my rooms & all I got was her pointing to a door & said that door follow signs, I think this member needs to be re-trained in customer service.

I stay here most weeks I am always greeted with a smile (usually from Beverly) Beverly and her team always make sure you have a great stay Rooms are always spotless They would get 10 stars if possible Great parking and location Everything you could ever want from a Premier inn
"Excellent rooms and really helpful friendly staff"
Excellent clean and comfty rooms, on arrival I was greeted by Beverly who was really friendly and helpful, if visiting Cannock you can’t go wrong for a nice cheap comfortable stay, bed is really comfortable and tea and coffee available in the room also

Hotel description

Have the best of both worlds. Stay at the heart of the motorway and rail network, but just a stone's throw away from some serious tranquillity. Premier Inn Cannock South puts you five minutes from the M6, and just a stroll away from the heathland and woodland of Cannock Chase. Get into the swing of things with a round of golf. Take a hike on Cannock Chase, or take a mountain bike down some gruelling trails. Cast off on the Fairoak fishing pools. Then catch a tasty Beefeater grill back at Cannock South, and at the end of the day, fall into our huge comfy beds for a restful night's sleep.
