    "Meeting first grandchild."
    Before we arrived the staff were aware that we were there to meet our first grandchild. In our room they had kindly left a card and gift for him. This really was the nicest surprise that these very thoughtful people spent their hard earned money on a gift for strangers. They really made our visit special by doing this and it was very much appreciated. Extremely thoughtful, thank you so much.
