    "Stay here everything I'm in sheffield."
    Great location for meadowhall and arena. Stayed here for 1 night friendly service and made welcome. Plenty of parking spaces. Excellent clean rooms with tea and coffee provided.
    "Award for the worst Premier inn "
    Weve stayed in lots of premier inns. You generally know what youre getting. The room looks the same wherever you are. And this one ticked that box. BUT this place needs gutting and refurbishing. There were stains on the carpets, stains on the chair, the bathroom stank like a public urinal, the sink plug was stuck in so basically it took all day for the sink to drain, the shower didnt work properly with the bath tap running the whole time and a dribble coming out of the shower head. Yet this place charges over £100 a night so is expensive for a PI. Breakfast was standard Premier inn affair. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Would have to be desperate to go back.

    Lovely place - mega comfy beds and delicious food. Been coming here a while now and ALWAYS have a great experience. A BIG shout-out to Rachel who always remembers us and greats us with a smile and ensures our stay is perfect. Also to Christine who ensures breakfast is the best and nothing is ever too much. Highly recommended.

    Very friendly staff, helpful regarding local knowledge. Lack of Aircon wasn't an issue - weather was warm , fan in the room, temperature indoors absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again
    "Old, tired room, too hot, no aircon"
    No air con. Windows nearly open. Far too hot for a family of 4. Hotel knew whole hotel aircon didn’t work as they provided a fan and water, which wasn’t enough. These rooms don’t function without aircon/ventilation. Also the bathroom fan was very noisy. All a bit tired. We slept terribly. They should have contacted guests beforehand to at least give them a choice on that to do.
