    "Fantastic stop gap "
    We were travelling home to Yorkshire from our holiday in Cornwall and needed somewhere to stop overnight. At £68 for a family room, this hotel was perfect — and being just off the M5, the location couldn’t have been more convenient! On arrival, we were warmly welcomed at reception by Nikki, one of the loveliest front-of-house staff we’ve ever met. After a long drive, her friendly manner and genuine care were exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was as comfortable as possible. We stayed in room 314 in the annex — spotless, with a bath (a rare treat in many hotels these days). The site offers plenty of free parking, just don’t forget to register your car on the tablet at reception. Overall, this is a fantastic family-friendly hotel. The room was peaceful, the facilities were great, and we had no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

    Thank you so much you made out trip very special, The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, The receptionist was very welcoming and attentive, all the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even when it kicked off because a guest in breakfast didn't want to pay for breakfast like the rest of us and only wanted a coffee, the team dealt with in amazingly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, The food was good and great value for money. We found The hotel's location is convenient for leisure travellers like us, The hotel is in a great location just off J25 M5. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home - ask for 105 if your staying its HUGE.... Thank you again to all the staff and the man on reception "the manager we think" we will see you again. L&J

    Friendly and personal service, The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them very friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, my requests for an iron and extra towels was not an issue. The hotel is well situated, being close to the M5, and the tourist sites. Lovely hotel, Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food the poached eggs were amazing. Room was clean with the essentials. Everything we needed for a short visit to Somerset. We would definitely stay there again.

    I highly recommend this Premier Inn in Taunton because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch service, and attentive staff. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in process, each moment was delightful. Although the outside could do with a paint. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with great AC that actually worked. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taunton or like us stopping off on the way South. Thank you again and we will see you again. P.S i almost forgot the breakfast was amazing nothing was to much trouble. Sometimes when praise is due you can't say enough all the staff we met are great.
