    "Poor"
    The hotel is generally scruffy. The fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise when the light was switched on. The room was too warm and the free standing fan vibrated noisily whichever setting it was on. The restaurant is dirty with an unpleasant smell. The evening meal was microwaved too long and although scalding hot, was overdone and tough. I didn't have a hot breakfast due to the unpleasant smell in the restaurant, just had cereals and left ASAP

    My break at Wellingborough was made easy by the pleasant staff who made me feel welcome with cheerful manner. A special thank you for Demi and Amelia and Lucy who helped start my day with friendly conversation each morning. The cheerful smile started the time easy. Thank you all especially the three girls and kitchen staff who serve wonderful breakfast. Wonderful team all round, thank you l enjoyed my stay. Maureen
    "Friendly welcoming staff"
    We used this hotel to visit family in Wellingborough. The staff were very accommodating and communicated with me about my need for a ground floor room. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is in the bar opposite (but run by premier inn ) The breakfast was a disappointment, poor quality back and sausages and over cooked , so we only went once . I would definitely return , the bed is exceptionally comfortable .
