"Dismal "
We booked this for 2 nights First impression as we walked through the entrance to reception area the entrance was filthy glass doors were filthy cobwebs and cigarette butts , the grounds were covered in empty bottles cigarette butts and rubbish, one member had her head buried in her phone and never even acknowledge us. The room was so hot we couldn't sleep ,there was a free standing fan but it just moved the hot air around, we didn't want to return the next day , we stayed out until as late as possible, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great

Very friendly and helpful staff plenty of parking, room good size very clean, being updated while we was there, no sure con but did provide a fan. Yes I would go back

Everything clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff. Food in nearby Beefeater good. But Duvet too high Tog rating making sleeping difficult.
"A really warm welcome, handy for Whilton Mill Karting and just of the M1"
Really handy for Whilton Mill Karting & Outdoor Activities (10 minutes drive) and just of the M1. This is a well run Premier Inn and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We all slept well and the shower was good. Breakfast was cooked to order, arrived quickly and was all done well. The coffee from the bean to cup machine was really good. WiFi is usual premier inn basic, or pay for better. We arrived late and left early so didn’t upgrade. Notable that other much more expensive hotels have also started doing this. I am looking at you Hilton. Room was clean and well setup for our family of four. TV was tiny but worked well for me to catch the news and weather. No aircon but the fan worked and allowed us to sleep - also one up on the Hilton Leicester. Beds are the usual incredibly comfortable Premier inn standard and we would happily stay here again if we were in the area
"Enjoyable 2 night work stay"
I had a lovely experience working away,, at Northampton Harpole . Audrey the receptionist went above and beyond to help me and she is a credit to Premier Inn . The food in the restaurant is very good too, great service all round.
