"No Air Conditioning"
No air conditioning, extremely uncomfortable, fan provided was utterly useless so we ended up buying our own. Funnily enough the air conditioning was working in the reception area. The staff though were lovely but the experience has put us off using premier inn again
"Family Time"
We have regularly stayed here over the years, the Inn is looking a little tired in places but the staff have always made our stays memorable, this year was no exception, Sherrie really went that extra mile to make sure our breakfast times were perfect! Nothing was too much trouble- thankyou All! See you again soon.
"Awful Hotel, Sad as it was Once Very Good"
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 20 years. This stay will be our last. The hotel is dead. We were advised on arrival that we would need to book a table if we wanted dinner. This we did. Went to the restaurant / bar and there were only 4 other people there. There was a barrier across the front door as they no longer welcome walk ins, only guests. No bar staff, you had to push a bell to get service. Loud music, which we asked if they could turn it down. They didn't. Beer was flat, so we went over to Fieldfare for something to eat. Went down to complain in the morning, there was no one there, so we simply left out room key and went elsewhere, Now attempting to get a 2 night refund. I would advise to avoid at all costs.
"Everything was spot on!"
Have stayed here many times now, convenient location for us but more importantly it’s all down to the consistent faultless stays.. Always greeted with a warm welcome, the Staff are so friendly, nothing ever too much bother. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, good sized bathroom & great shower. The large fan in the room is great for the warmer nights. Special thanks to Sherrie for always going above & beyond to make sure our stay is every bit as good as the previous one. I’d also like to thank Graham for the delicious meals we had in the restaurant during our stay, perfect!
"Avoid!"
Room too hot, no air conditioning! Ask about it, they told me that couldn’t do anything. Got sick during my stay of 3 days because of this. Rooms noisy, could hear other guests upstairs walking. Food horrible, pub style but nothing was fresh…..
