Directions:

South-North route M6 take Junction 21 and follow A580. Keep left and join the A5047 following signs for city centre. At traffic lights turn left onto A5048 and at the next set of traffic lights turn right onto A5047. Head for the A5038 signed Toxteth, Airport. Turn right into Renshaw Street and right onto Ranelagh Street. Liverpool One Premier Inn is on the left opposite BBC Radio Merseyside.

"Great hotel - brilliant staff"
Fantastic Liverpool city centre hotel. 18-19 September 2025. Our stay was made particularly good by Nathan who checked us in. Very welcoming and professional. Went out of his way to sort things and attend to our needs. There was a slight miscommunication regarding an aspect of the booking but Nathan sorted this for us in no time . He certainly is a man of his word. We'll be back! Thank you Nathan!
"Well done premier inn"
It's our 3rd year staying some are veterans and some are Disabled the staff are amazing always very helpful Abdul go's out of his way to make sure we are OK Emily, Nathan was amazing can't remember all the names but didn't have a problem with any of them and hopefully we will be back.

Stayed at the premier inn on hanover st liverpool could not fault the room I stayed in it was spotless and clean must give a shout out to Abdul who sorted the tv out for me as it was not working properly I would definitely stay again
"Disaster hotel"
Disaster hotel No clean the room for 3 nights. The drain tap locked closed and no one comes to repair it. Finished without toilet paper etc etc
"Good location and clean room."
I was worried when I read the recent reviews but we got a very clean, quiet room and we slept well. You can park in Q-park Hanover, it was secure and plenty of EV chargers. The hotel is in great location. We came at 5pm, no queue in self check in but I wished that at least it should be manned all the time.

Wander through the four shopping centres brought together in Liverpool One. Then pop over to Albert Dock for lunch at one of the many lively bars and restaurants. In the afternoon you could cheer on the Blues or the Reds, or why not visit the Beatles Story. After a hard day's night, come back to the hotel for some food and a lovely, comfy bed.
