    Situated just off the A5036. Once in Liverpool City Centre, follow the brown tourist signs for Albert Dock and The Beatles Story. Once inside the dock, the hotel is situated directly beside The Beatles Story.

    "Family getaway."
    Stayed here 3 nights with my partner and son, the only downside of it was there wasn't a note on the page to warn yoh that the fire alarm is attached to the other buildings in the Dock so if it goes off in another building it will go off in the Premier Inn and having an autistic child with us had we of known this we would of stayed in the other Premier Inn. Other than that our stay was lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed them.
    "Basic with a few issues"
    We have stayed at this hotel before. This time we found the room was adequate, but basic. The bathroom was outdated and needed painting and redecoration. It had a grubby feel to it but I think that was more to do with the state of the decor than the cleanliness. Also the toilet did not flush properly and was slow and noisy when filling back up. This really should be fixed. The other issue was we had no opening window in the room and it was very stuffy. I also found the pillows hard and lumpy (which is unusual for a premier inn). It was adequate for purpose ( 2 friends having a catch up in Liverpool) but for a Premier inn, it was not up to scratch. We would not return to this one again, although the location is great.

    Good view but old dusty room but amazing food at the breakfast buffet loved my stay would go again but I would get a different room
    "Clean, comfy room but dirty hotel"
    Great value but cleanliness of hotels public areas was not acceptable. Got a harbour view room but the window was very dirty.
    "Weekend stay"
    The hotel is in a great location in the dock area of Liverpool , with lots of bars , restaurants things to see nearby . The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and reasonably quiet. There is a pay and display car park next to the hotel that costs £25 for 24 hours. The downside to the hotel is that it is very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Half of the rooms don’t have air conditioning or a window that opens. All staff are very helpful and friendly, however there aren’t many of them which is obviously a cost cutting measure. The buffet breakfast is £11 and I really enjoyed it.
