FROM M53 - leave M53 at J5 and take 3rd exit at the roundabout signposted Birkenhead (A41/New Chester Rd). Continue to follow A41 through 3 roundabouts. Keep left towards A41/New Ferry Bypass. Keep right follow signs for Wallasey/All Docks.Go under the flyover, turn left onto Market St. Take 1st left onto Hamilton St. Hotel entrance will be on your right. FROM LIVERPOOL - Take Mersey Tunnel/Queensway (toll). branch left and at traffic signals merge onto A41/Chester St. Turn left onto Market St then left again onto Hamilton St. Hotel will be on your right. FROM TRAIN STATION - Turn right onto Hamilton St. Continue past Hamilton Sq and the Town Hall. The hotel will be on your right.

"First Class"
The hotel is in amazing position for Liverpool with easy transport via train with the station only being a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is clean with good parking and the staff are amazing. Stacey made the visit with her customer care and friendliness being second to non. Our second night was a Friday and the hotel was busy. Stacey and Tom worked their socks off. There was only the two of them which I think is a poor effort from Premier Inn allowing there to be only two staff for the evening with no cook and the hotel being so busy. Stacey and Tom where not phased and took it all in there stride but where incredibly over works. I would definitely use this hotel again but I think Premier Inn need to have a look their staffing and not allow only two members to be working on a busy Friday. Thanks again Stacey and all of the other Premier Inn Birkenhead head staff for a very enjoyable stay.

Thomas Batty was an exceptional member of stuff very helpful and pleasant. When we needed assistance to find pharmacy he pointed us in the right direction without his kindness we would have had to abandon our stay
"Amazing Staff 😄"
We stayed at the Premier Inn last weekend 13th-16th June. Ive never known such friendly staff. From the warm welcome on arrival from Staci, then there was the Manager Steve, great fella, then there was Julie and Helen in the restaurant. We came as strangers, we left as friends. Great place to say. Highly recommend. Angie and Dave See you next time. 🥰
"If you are playing out in Liverpool, think about staying here"
The room was clean and very comfortable I slept really well. The staff are excellent very cheerful friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. On site parking was another plus - this was really convenient for a night out in Liverpool.
"Night away"
Stacey on reception is a excellent member of staff warm and friendly as was her colleagues aswell sorry didn't get there names nice and clean room 5 minutes walk from a weatherspoons food was OK felt a bit rushed we booked for 6.30 at 7.20 we were told we needed to hurry because a party of 30 were ready to eat so no desert we drank up and went the starter we had we had only just finished and I was told our mains would go cold felt very rushed 148 pounds for 1 nights stay and 54 pound for dinner and breakfast aswell and then 7 pound to park your car unfortunately it was the only hotel close to where we were going out for a night could of stayed in the hilton for that price I'm afraid I definitely will not be back to birkenhead again 😀
