    Very good hotel, friendly staff. Was here for a training course for 3 days and was looked after very well by Jannine, she was a fantastic host in the bar/restaurant who was very friendly and looked after us residents very well.

    We come here a lot, and every time nothing is too much trouble. Seated straight away, food also amazing, never any problems. Staff always friendly and have a sense of humor. Absolutely 💯 always and cheap too 😁
    "Staff keep Premier Inn afloat!"
    Premier Inn continues to rely on the goodwill generated by the staff to overcome the challenges presented by tired and outdated premises. Tonight at the behest of the staff our room fan was replaced ( room temperature 28’C) and we were welcomed and treated brilliantly by Jannine who appeared to be running the restaurant alone. Once again the sink in our room emptied at snail pace and the property does not have the benefit of a lift. Staff changed our room on the spot to ground floor and assisted with our luggage. The management at Whitbread needs to realise that their staff can only offset a small proportion of the structural inadequacies of their premises. We have never had problems with Premier Inn staff but have many issues with their premises.

    Hotel description

    At Premier Inn Hotel Grimsby you'll find plenty of maritime heritage nearby - but there's nothing fishy about this location. With the Europa Business Park on your doorstep not to mention well-known attractions like the Dock Tower and the Marina, you'll catch some great days out when you stay with us. Spend the morning exploring the coastline, strolling along Cleethorpes beach and Pier. Then come back to Grimsby for some lunch and a bit of retail therapy. For the afternoon, why not visit Pleasure Island and the Fishing Heritage centre and then set sail for the hotel, with a lovely meal at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a relaxing comfy bed.
