    Exit M1 J23, A512 towards Loughborough, take left onto Greenclose Lane. Turn right onto the A6, turn right onto Southfield Rd, hotel is on teh left. Car parking is opposite the hotel (NCP), alternatively a smaller car park is located to the side of the hotel.

    "Uncomfortably stuffy at night."
    Stayed here for a few nights to attend family birthday party nearby. Great price for the location. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby. Tesco express round the corner. Staff were very kind, and pleasant. Now the bad bits. Rooms were a bit shabby, but clean enough. There was a complete lack of air in the room. Window only opens a few inches, and air cooling system is a joke. Was boiling during the night, and it wasn't that hot outside either. Could barely sleep. So stuffy and uncomfortable. No fresh air whatever. Wondered perhaps if heating system or boiler was next to our room. Was fine during the day, but awful at night. For that I probs wouldn't go back, which is a shame, as it's a friendly place.

    Lack of sleep due to noise above my room 5 nights I stayed. Have filed a complaint about not good sleep experience. Staff were not too helpful to resolve the issues,was told I should have come down in the middle of the night 1am to let them know,which is absolutely unacceptable on my own to get in the lift in my night clothes, than was given contact no for guest relations.I felt the room should have phones to contact reception in such kind of situations instead of asking guests to wonder around in the middle of the night looking for staff to report it.

    Lovely hotel just shame every time we go only given 1 towel when 2/3 people staying in room and no carpark as have to use one across street

    Very good value hotel. The hotel and rooms were very clean the hotel staff were very helpful and very easy to deal with. Easy check in and fast check out.

    A very good option for Loughborough, in central position and easy to reach from all the town. As most of the premier inn hotels, what it lacks in character it makes up for with reliable quality and good value for your money
