    "Perfect stay"
    Stayed for 1 night Fri 8th August as we were attending an event at Gillingham Golf Club. Hotel was perfect location as it was only a 5 minutes walk away. Early check in was nice and easy with a super friendly and helpful member of staff. Fan supplied in the room was much needed and free onsite parking was also a bonus.
    "Does what it says…"
    Not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at as no aircon. The staff were top notch as usual! Tetania, Andy and the rest of the reception staff were excellent! Always friendly and asking how my day went! Lucy in the restaurant attached was great. She had everything under control when we visited. The only down side was the food wasn’t the best, but it did the trick. All in all if I had to stay again, I would!
    "Grotty and a bit pants."
    The whole place feels greasy. Urine soaked skirting boards, rubbish in hallways. Overall grotty. No power point near bed. No air con. Avoid. Chairs in the restaurant were disgusting
    "doesn't live up to their guarantee"
    staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Room exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. Food and drinks to help relax unavailable after 22:00 so for any guests arriving late after a long journey not very many opportunities to relax. Vending machines have small selection, overpriced and the food machine was not working. AC not working in room so windows open, noisy fan and extremely noisy neighbourhood doe NOT guarantee a good night sleep, if any sleep at all
    "Excellent & welcoming"
    We have stayed here several times for a 3 night then 7 night and now a 9 night stay. Lou and the team have gone above and beyond in their welcome, helpfulness and ensuring we feel valued. The hotel yes has no air-con, but we had a fan in our room but this did not distract from our stays. Would not hesitate to recommend Premier Inn Gillingham. Thank you to everyone on the team buy especially Lou for making our stays so enjoyable.

    Here's a novel place to stay: Premier Inn Hotel Gillingham Business Park puts you at the heart of Charles Dickens country. You're within easy reach of London, Folkestone and Dover too, not to mention the Kent County Showground. However great your expectations, we won't let you down. Seek out some old (or new) curiosity shops in Bluewater, or see what life was like back in hard times, at Chatham Dockyard. Enjoy a Dickensian weekend in Rochester, and when evening strikes its little knell, return to the hotel for tasty food at our Cookhouse and Pub restaurant next door and our new, modern rooms with extra-comfy kingsize beds.
