"No shower!"
Although the room was good I needed a easy access shower which they don't have with twin bed rooms so you either go without or share a double bed.... which I can't do, so on the honest days (30c) I couldn't have a shower!!
"RUDE customer service, dirty, room smells"
Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in within UK. Front desk extremely rude! They gave us a twin bed room and said it was booked that way. I showed them the confirmation with a copy of room type which was “Family” that would include a queen or king. They said it wasn’t their fault that the place that booked this reservation is at fault even with PROOF OF CONFIRMATION!

Staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Had no issues while staying but they check in with you if you needed anything. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy. The beds are fantastic. Extras are handy too eg. Hair dryers, fans, decent soaps etc. Communal areas are also kept fresh and tidy. With vending machines, tea and coffee supplies in the lobby. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also great. I go there frequently as it’s a good food without breaking the bank. Definitely try the roast. All in all, a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

The best premier Inn we have ever stayed in, staff were VERY friendly and I would say they made the start of our holiday. Down side - we were charge to park and the pillows were very hard, could do with new ones, but the room was very clean. Highly recommend for a premier inn.

Excellent location near White Cliffs hiking trail, ferry terminal and cruise port. Easy walking distance to downtown. Near Dover Castle (caution! Steep climb). On the waterfront so, if you have an ocean view, you can get your fill of watching the ferries, cruise ships and ships at sea.
