Leave the M2, junction 7. At Brenley Corner roundabout, take 4th exit onto the A2. Branch left, then merge onto A2050. At London Road roundabout, take 2nd exit to continue on A2050. At St Peters roundabout, take 3rd exit onto A290. At Wincheap roundabout, take 2nd exit onto A28. At St Georges roundabout, take 2nd exit onto A257. At traffic lights, turn right and continue on A257. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto A2050 and you will see the Premier Inn. The hotel is located 50m away from the nearest car park, the 'Longport' (sat nav: CT1 1TU).

"Anniversary short break"
We arrived on the 26th August we were warmly welcomed by the staff who were all fantastic except Lucy who was rude. Vanessa and Sarah and prem were fantastic. The housekeeping staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The only slight downside was it was a celebration visit and although this was on our booking notes no-one made much effort to make it a special day. Otherwise top marks for friendly clean and helpful.

they have air conditioning, free wifi the bathroom had a nice clean big bathtub and shower the bedding was clean and comfortable

Abbie was amazing, always happy to help. Inn was clean food was not too bad. Breakfast choice was very good, but food not always hot.
"Pleasant new hotel"
A nice new hotel with a bright entrance and pleasant room. We slept for one night only so didn’t see much of the hotel or encounter any members of staff. But it was a clean, comfortable room up to the usual Premier Inn standard. It’s a short walk into the city centre.
"Good stay, but with room for improvement"
This was my first stay at Premier Inn, and overall I’m satisfied. It’s a solid hotel, but with a few things that could be improved. ✅Positives: - Great location - Rooms were clean and comfortable - The whole hotel was well-kept - Breakfast was truly “Great” – absolutely delicious - Food and drinks arrived surprisingly quickly, much faster than I expected ❌Negatives: - Not enough towels in the room - No toilet paper provided - The button for the lower ground floor didn’t work, so with luggage we had to go down to reception first, then take the stairs further down - Staff at breakfast didn’t seem very friendly – when I greeted them, they didn’t respond. Small thing, but it does affect the atmosphere - Parking: charged separately and located behind the building. The condition of the car park was poor – overgrown weeds, litter, not really maintained. Not a huge problem for me personally, but as a first impression it really doesn’t look good. Overall, I’d say Premier Inn delivers what it promises – clean, comfortable, convenient – but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of service and facilities.
