"We will come back"
Very nice premier inn has very clean rooms good service the head housekeeper Veni was very friendly and nice with us inside the room was really hot when we asked her for one extra fan she gave us 2 instead.For the next day when we asked for service we came back to a really clean room and 2 extra bath and hand towels

Our stay was really good one of the housekeeping who’s name was Alex was very friendly and when we asked for extra towels and room service she did the room really nice and we were left amazed by her charm
"No Complaints"
Me, my wife, and the kids stayed here since we were travelling to London and found the place to be really nice and well put together. The food was great and the room was really comfortable. Would definitely book again.
"No Air Con and No WIFI"
This has got to be the worst premier inn I've ever stayed in, unfortunately. We got to the hotel to find that there was absolutely no air con in any of the rooms!!! It was 31°C with a tiny window and a shoddy fan as a 'replacement'. When we complained, we were just told 'it says this on the website' it really doesn't!. The room was okay, as to be expected with a premier. Although we couldn't enjoy it with the heat! Just to add to this, their WIFI does not work either! What hotel in 2025 does not have adequate WiFi I'll never know. Don't think we will be returning.

Very excellent service from housekeeping and good staff for a service, nicely conversation to people and help them and specially Housekeeping in Nidhi Patel, this person from good and nature for each other.
