"Ben and Ellis made my stay that much better!"
I stayed at this hotel for a work trip, and Ben and Ellis were absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing I asked for was ever a problem. I also noticed how consistently kind and helpful they were with other guests, always going out of their way to ensure everyone felt valued. They're clearly committed to delivering an excellent guest experience and genuinely care about customer well-being. Truly great guys who made my stay that much better.
"Lovely service"
I visited a friend and enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Served by lovely staff and had a lovely time. Would recommend the cocktails!
"Hot but nice"
The staff were very friendly and helpful through out my stay. The only issue was the lack of Air Conditioning in the public areas making it somewhat uncomfortable. AC in the rooms was a very welcome surprise !! The rooms were.of a very good standard 👏 👌

The room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel, limited menu but not a problem quality of the food was really good, very very friendly staff made you feel relaxed and welcome easy check in and was quick, would highly recommend
"Perfect base for Wembley trip."
Perfect for a trip into Wembley - we chose to stay in Stevenage and use as a base for our trip to Wembley. Great location, straight off A1 / close to train station for access into Central London. Decent Premier Inn, could do with a little ‘spruce up’ and staffing levels seemed to be at a minimum but clean, comfy and good breakfast.
