"JUST GREAT"
Great hotel food was really good quality Hayden’s and keyden were very friendly and professional I stay in a lot of premier inns and this is a great one so THANK YOU and will definitely recommend colleagues to stay here in the future also ample parking which is a bonus
"Impressed by the Hospitality and Food"
I had Breakfast at the hotel on Sunday and was truly impressed by the service provided by Simona and Malik. Simona gave me a very warm and friendly welcome, which was a great start to the day. Malik was not only working as the Chef but was also personally serving guests. Despite the busy rush, he managed to serve us breakfast within just 10 minutes. The food was delicious (specially crispy beacon) and the service was completely professional and efficient.

Stopped here whilst visiting relatives in the area. One of the hottest weekends of the year, we had seen that there was no air con but Sammy emailed everyone staying this weekend to say that fans had been purchased for every room and extra sheets were available from reception if preferred. What a thoughtful idea- thank you. The extra sheets were already in the room on this occasion. The whole experience although short was very enjoyable. Sammy and the team were professional, caring and made us feel very welcome. The evening meal was beautiful and again served professionally sorry we didn’t stay for breakfast but we will next time! Usually stay at another premier inn closer to Aylesbury but this little gem will be our regular destination from now on. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasurable. Sammy and his team are a credit to Premier inns, 👍
"Excellent chef at Hemel Hempsted West Premier Inn"
Big shout out to amazing chef Andy, who fully understood about allergies. Excellent freshly prepared hot English breakfast to order, best breakfast we’ve ever had in a Premier Inn. Well done Andy! The receptionists and waiters were also very efficient and polite. Usual standard and layout for a Premier Inn room.

Country ramble or city break? You can do both at Premier Inn Hotel Hemel Hempstead West, with the Hertfordshire countryside and central London within easy reach. And, with plenty of transport links nearby, you'll be in a great spot for business too. Spend the morning walking the rolling chalk hills of the Chilterns, with maybe a pit stop at a pub for some lunch. Then in the afternoon you could take the family to Whipsnade to see the UK's biggest zoo. Or why not take a train into London to do some shopping in the West End? Then come back to the hotel for a meal in our restaurant, the Kitchen, and a comfy bed in your room.
