"Would stay again"
Staff were friendly, rooms were spotless although dated. The beds are very comfortable and extra pillows are available which was great. Nice garden area outside.
"Great"
I recently stayed at this hotel and I had an amazing stay rooms nice a clean a lovely greet from the receptionist Monika who was very friendly and offered her assistance if I needed anything which was lovely !! check in was nice and quick I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment but will decently return
"Great sized room."
The hotel room was spacious, given the other Premiere Inns we've been too. We had a family room, so a pop up bed making a total of 3 beds, still plenty of room for us to move around the room. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, no mould in the silicon joints or stained floor. Good space for sponge bags. Plenty of storage for large sports equipment bag. Our window had a secure opening gap to vent the room. Only niggle the AC unit started to make a squeak after about 30 mins of being switched on, so turning it off and having the window gap was great for an over night sleep. Breakfast is always great, however would have preferred self serve hot breakfast instead of ordering. Hotel was busy with only one server for breakfast.
"Extremely poor reception service ."
We were a party of elderly gentlemen on a trip . When we arrived at the hotel the general outside area was all overgrown and most of the paving was loose and wobbly and very dangerous to walk on . At reception some of our party needed the use of a toilet , but this was denied until a room was allocated which took a long time . We felt we were not made welcome all through our stay .
"Teresa is an absolute joy!"
The hotel in itself is a standard older style Premier Inn - it's everything you'd expect. The team there obviously work incredibly hard to keep it looking good, and everyone we encountered was really kind and welcoming. Teresa deserves her own mention though! Probably one of the most genuine, welcoming people I've ever met. Nothing was too much, in fact, she'd insist on it! She is a credit to Premier Inn, they're lucky to have her.
