"Avoid the hotel, it’s terrible"
Car park was a mess, building materials and rubbish. Staff on reception seemed disinterested and kept on playing with his phone. Air con in the room broken, fan that was proved was noisy and ineffective. Shower leaked over the bathroom floor.
"Comfortable stay"
The exterior is not the best but check in was quick and easy. The room itself had everything we needed, fan included as no air-conditioning. The kids had a separate bed each and all were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety and both kids were satisfied with the options along with myself.
"Overnight before cruise"
Friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond for us to print documents we needed. Rooms clean and comfortable, good quiet location but close to centre. Breakfast lovely. We stayed here the night before our cruise and would stay again.
"Lovely staff"
Stayed here before a cruise, super easy to find. Really friendly staff, especially Amy and Ron, and a lovely pub just next door.
"Great hotel, two minute drive from Paltons Park!"
Great hotel for Peppa Pig! It’s a two minute car journey and the hotel is lovely. We had two family rooms and both were perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. If looking for dinner options I would recommend the mortimer arms (5 minute walk) or testwood (5 minute drive). If ever returning to Peppa Pig world I would stay here :)

Premier Inn Southampton West is about as family-friendly as it gets. Next door to Paultons Family Theme Park, the home of Peppa Pig World, this hotel also has a Wacky Warehouse. Let the kids have their fun, then pop into town for a spot of shopping at West Quay centre, and to enjoy Southampton's historic sights. You could even explore the New Forest.
