From the A31 take the exit at the roundabout marked Ringwood. Follow the road south following the B3347 towards Christchurch. Go straight for the next 3 roundabouts until you see a roundabout with Lidl on your left. Take the first exit on that roundabout and the hotel is 200 meters down that road.

"Good stay but no shower gel in shower :-("
It was a good stay in a comfortable room with a nice bed, though the lack of shower gel in the bottle in the shower was very irritating.
"Perfect Room after a busy day"
Clean room ,comfy bed needed it after a long drive.Friendly welcoming staff would stay there again.Quite local to the town centre which was handy
"Ringwood Premier"
A positive start, excellent parking at £3 per night and a great location for exploring the forest. A large Lidl opposite so good for supplies. Negative: auto check in, despite the member of staff watching us navigate the system; bring back staff check in, much more personal. The extraction system in the kitchen for the restaurant is awful, our clothes stunk and the reception area was much the same.
"Busy but good!"
We stayed here before heading to Southampton for a cruise,. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, it was extremely busy but actually they coped very well and continued to give good service. Prem plus room was great. Premier inn rarely let you down and this was another example of that. Super comfy mattress as always ;-)
"Customer service/no guarantee for no sleep"
We stayed at the premiere inn ringwood on the 14 June the rooms are unbearable to sleep in we had a family occasion to attend when we arrived there is no one to greet you. After ringing a buzzer we was still left waiting. When we got to our room to get ready the air con was put to maximum but still we all was hot and felt horrible to attend a 90th birthday. When we returned back myself and 8 year old daughter did not get any sleep at all. We tried to contact complaints who were not helpful and didn't want to help.so we put into writing explaining about our exsperience it said they would be in contact with in 5 days still no reponce. So that just says to me that there customer service teams are just not bothered about resolving any complaints the customer have.
