    Located on A27, close to M27 J12, next to the Premier Inn Port Solent hotel. Turn onto Compass Rd behind Harbour Lights Beefeater on A47 and left at the mini roundabout. The hotel will be on the left hand side.

    "Weekend stay"
    Helpful staff,comfortable room. Unfortunately the carpark is no longer free but not expensive at £3 per night so wouldn't put me off.

    Having stayed at this site many times before, I was shocked to arrive this time to discover this site is now charging for car parking, this was an unexpected extra cost. However the staff are always great, the rooms spacious and the beds always super comfy, shame about the car parking charge.
    "Overpriced with uncomfortable pillows!"
    Overpriced, room smelled like a smoker’s bedroom. The food was cheap and poor quality. The evening meal was microwaved and tasteless. Book somewhere else! The staff member on check in was welcoming and friendly. It was confusing as hotel was next door to another Premier Inn.

    Everything was great. The receptionist on Sunday evening (8th June) was fantastic and sorted a room suitable for my wife's mobility needs. She resolved a problem with the room keys instantly, was very friendly and even gave us a gift to improve our stay. The room was great as was the Beefeater next door. We will happily visit again.

    We stayed here recently for a quick over night stay. We had a lovely check in by Claire and Manager Maxine who were very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious with all the amenties we could wish for. We had an amazing meal with family in the Beefeater Restaurant on site. My steak was beautiful and we were served and catered for really well by our efficient waitress, Jo. We had to rush off in the morning early, with no time for breakfast, but we had a really nice, albeit brief stay, thank you so much !
