"Nice breakfast service"
Waitresses were accommodating letting my youngest daughter with dietary needs eat well past 11am. We didn’t arrive until 1045 due to a long sleep! Was lovely they still made her dairy free scrambled eggs. The server was Lucia - thank you!

We just went in for breakfast and it was lovley. Lucia made our visit great, she is great, very helpful and welcoming. This was our 1st visit

It's a premier inn, and you get what you paid for, so don't expect the nicest room, or the best decor, BUT... The staff were excellent, really whent out of their way to look after us, and to be honest I prefer a nice friendly place for a good price, and that's exactly what you get here.
"Perfect location, needs more towels, expensive for room only for 1night"
Fairly big room, clean, big bed, relatively quiet but once again, despite checking in as a couple and my booking saying double room for 2 people, we still only had 1 set of towels. No, they weren't in the drawer/wardrobe/ under the bed/ bathroom etc as we looked and as there isn't a room phone, you can not call down to get some more delivered to your room. The chap on the desk said its the most common complaint. Surely it's not difficult to have the appropriate number of towels for the room. Also, people who have their t.v on so loud it can be heard rooms away, why???. Also at £105.00 per night ROOM ONLY, it's quite expensive considering the night before, we stayed at Chester in a spa hotel on dinner bed and breakfast for not too much more. Long gone are the days of £49.00 per room!!
"Best service from Hannah, Kane and Karen"
Had a lovely nights stay with my partner, we came to do some shopping at the Trafford Centre and the hotel is a convenient 2 minute drive away, on check in we were greeted by Hannah, she was so welcoming and explained everything about our stay to us was so nice to have a friendly welcome after along day of shopping as we we’re both very tired, we than came down for some food, we were greeted by both Hannah and Kane they didn’t make us feel rushed even though we were almost at last food orders and were very helpful and just all around lovely! The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced, we were staying in a plus room that was so comfortable and spacious, in the morning we were greeted by Karen who let us know what machine had the best coffee and made sure to check back that we were enjoying our food, the staff at this hotel definitely made the stay for us and couldn’t thank them enough!
