    "Ideal stop over"
    Hotel dated and in need of some serious TLC but I give it 5 stars for the staff, Simon in the bar/.restaurant was hellacious but very good at his job, Leion, in the restaurant for breakfast service was polite friendly and such a lovely guy. Reception staff again very friendly.
    "Tired Premier Inns"
    Stayed one night, a Friday 18th. The Hotel is in urgent need of a refurbishment. The room we had was clean, but the trim on the furniture was peeling off. The front of the bath board had been covered with some sort of sticky covering , that was peeling off and ill fitted. it looked awful. The bed was dipping in the middle and not the comfortable nights sleep “ Lenny” tells us about. There was cup ring marks on both the bedside tables. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Upon leaving we encountered a member of staff who didn’t acknowledge we were there and we had no communication or “ Goodbye, see you again “ Not very friendly at all. Think we may have a look around if we are that way again.

    Arrival greeting lovely, requested info on food at pub and was told limited menu as the chef was from another location and couldn’t cook, however great information on the local pub ‘the Plough’ which was amazing… “premier Inn your missing out”… upon our return at 9.50pm popped into pub for night cap…. Told we close in 5 minutes….. no offer of serving to take to your room …. Where is the customer service!! Not even going to mention experience with vending machine…. TV not working in room … reported to reception who explained couldn’t come in room whilst we were there…. However expectable for my husband to stand in the corridor in a bath towel whilst the tv was looked at…. Apart from that .. ok
    "Nice staff and rooms, but too hot!"
    Positives were a friendly check-in, clean pretty modern room and cheap price for one night and a decent location for the airport. The main negative was the room temperature, despite outside only being around 16c outside the room was so HOT!.. Also there was no hot food available in the resaturant next door (premier inn had attempted to contact us about this)

    Great stay at Premier inn Sale - perfect location for rugby - clean friendly hotel - breakfast was lovely and thanks to staff member Leon.
