    "Would definitely stay again"
    The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly both in the hotel & restaurant. The room was clean, comfortable and the right temperature. The quality of food in the restaurant was good, albeit a little bit tired but that didn’t cause any problems. Big shout out to Simon behind the bar on Saturday night and Leon who was on breakfast duty. Both went above & beyond to make our stay great
    "Premier inn is what you expect but the place next door"
    Recpetion lady was lovely and helpful, Room was fine. Bar/restaurant next door (mersey farm) is terrible. The guy behind the bar is very rude. Unfortunately i can't find mersey farm on trip advisor otherwise this review would be for them
    "Fabulous breakfast!"
    We arrived late at the hotel but found it clean, comfortable and a large bedroom. Just what we needed after a day of travelling and flying. Have just enjoyed a fabulous breakfast. Thanks must go to the chef but also the waiter Leon was extremely efficient and friendly. It was a joy to talk with him. Thanks Leon for your hospitality and infectious smile 😊

    Simon was lovely and helpful. The best bar man! Would definitely recommend this hotel...clean rooms. The food was very good too.

    Breakfast staff member Simon was friendly, efficient and built a genuine rapport with all customers who popped in for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and he made me feel very welcome and valued.
