"Good Premier Inn"
Very much like premier inn standard should be. Clean, good customer service, perhaps slightly out the way but wouldn't advise not to stay if you like it more quiet and are looking to visit the Salford/ Trafford area
"Location ✅, Comfort & Quality ❌"
Ok, I don't know if I've been spoiled by the quality of the Premier Inn, Westfield... Probably. This Premier Inn is in a good location if you're visiting Old Trafford. It was £7-11 in am Uber. In terms of the actual hotel, I would say it is a little run down. The Family room we had was really small, all 3 beds were almost touching each other, there was definitely no room to get out of the bed sideways. The room didn't have any USB charging ports, so don't leave your plugs at home. Unfortunately, despite it being 1:15am, we could still hear children running around a room above and people outside (we were ground floor) drinking. It wasn't offensive but after a long day, it's a bit disruptive. Shout out to Leon in the Mersey at Breakfast, who was working his nuts off, seemingly alone, at front of house. I'd stay again purely based on price & location, but I'd set my expectations accordingly.
"Warm welcome and comfortable stay"
Warm welcome in reception and bar, spacious bedroom and bathroom all very clean. Quiet location, great breakfast individually served, with good cold buffet selection and tea/coffee options. Nice bar. Free parking. Handy for motorways and visiting Sale. Did not have evening meals.
"Great service"
Best part of the stay was the amazing service provided by Leon in the hotel bar/restaurant. Extremely attentive and very welcoming, sadly something that is often overlooked at many venues these days. Food was decent for the price and would recommend, sticky toffee pudding was delicious.
"Lovely Stay"
The hotel was lovely. It was nice and quiet and it has good links into the city. The nearest Metrolink stop is in walkable distance but an uber is only £5 to get there! On our first night we faced a few issues with our TV in our room however, Errol couldn’t do enough to resolve this for us despite being extremely busy and we were very grateful. Overall, a very great stay!
