"Comfortable mattress and pillow."
Really comfortable mattress and pillows. Air condition struggled in the 30C heat but managed a good comfortable sleep. Liked having the round table with two good chairs. Use TfL and Tube apps to help you get around. We didn’t drive but certainly a bonus for those who do as Parking is free.
"A hotel which really needs a good clean"
We have used this hotel as it ideally placed near where our son is living whilst at University. The breakfasts have always been great and Judith especially is always so friendly and helpful. However the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. We were required to pay a fee of £15 when we checked in 2 hours early and when we went to our room, not only was there no toilet paper in our room but there were bits all over our carpet which had clearly not been hoovered and bits on top of our bedding. The carpet in the hallway also was full of bits. And this is not the first time we have experienced this at this hotel. Hardly justification for an additional fee. Think carefully before booking this hotel.
"Great Stay."
Great stay in general. The breakfast was lovely i enjoyed every bit of what i had, from beacon,mushrooms,beans,harsh brown,fried egg and tomatoes. Andthe attendant Judith, very friendly and proffessional.
"Very poor aircon"
Beds comfy, room clean. Aircon pathetic It was a heatwave but the aircon it totally inadequate for the room/family size. You could not feel it. We stayed here 5 years ago and complained about the aircon then, nothing has changed. If we knew the forecast we would have stayed elsewhere. Otherwise happy with the place
"Great staff"
The lady on the reception desk was lovely and Judith in the restaurant was welcoming, professional and really friendly.
