"London Trip Sloan Family"
Everything was really good the room, bed etc staff in the breakfast area were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful especially Jacintha Briony. Enjoyable stay First time in London.

Hotel staff is amazing good service -breakfast is nice -eggs are warm and coffee is good. The room definitely needs an upgrade old bathroom Hole building needs an update Super location close to public transport Close to Ovo arena and Wembley

Great location, near to Wembley Park tube station and Wembley Stadium/Arena. Check in was slow with only one person on reception on a busy concert evening. Room was very large, with a great window where the kids sat and watched the activity outside. Beds clean and comfortable but room very dated and really needed updating. TV small and old, wooden dresser had chunks missing from it, carpet pulled up in places. Bathroom very tatty in places too and shower head needed a good clean as the water was a fine spray rather than a nice jet. Plug needed cleaning as water would fill up in the bath. Breakfast options were OK, but lacking quality. Coffee not nice at all. The staff member was really nice though. Also, lift broke whilst we were there and people trapped in it shouting. I had to go and get some help from reception. This hotel is great for a cheaper option but really could do with some love and attention.
"Old & tired"
The hotel is in the best place for Wembley Stadium. We were there for Dua Lipa The staff are lovely. The big bed was comfortable. But that’s where the good stuff ends The hotel has not changed since we visited 20 years ago. It’s exactly the same decor. We were in a family room. The small bed had a big saggy dint in the middle The bathroom was not clean . Covered in black mould around the bath & sink. Shower head fixed to the wall with no pressure The room is gloomy with no proper light. Hardly any plug sockets for charging phones etc It was really disappointing. We stay in Premier Inn several times a year. This is by far the worst. Come on Premier Inn ! Get updating this poor, tired hotel & give it the love it deserves
