    From the M25 take the M40 West towards Uxbridge/London (W). At J1 take the Slough exit to A412/Uxbridge/A4020. Continue towards Denham Roundabout and take the 1st exit then the 2nd exit onto Oxford Rd/A4020. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay on Oxford Rd. Take a slight left onto Cross St/ A4020. Turn right onto Cowley Rd and then slight right onto Trumper Way. Take a slight left onto New Windsor St/A4007 and right onto Riverside Way. The hotel will be on the left hand side.

    "Charity Shield Stay"
    Great hotel and much better option for Uxbridge than the one by the bus station. This hotel has free parking, a way bigger bar and restaurant and the staff were great. The room was really clean and the bed a s comfy as Prem Inn always is. Breakfast was excellent. The best Prem Inn breakfast for some time. If you are planning a trip to Wembley Stadium or Arena, this hotel is a great option. Just off M25 via M40. Easy to find. It's only a 10/15 min walk to the tube station on the metropolitan line, you are straight there in under 30mins.
    "Scalding hot water - unadjustable"
    Premier inn won't let me write a review based on my feedback: The bedroom was fine. The bathroom was rusty and outdated: no hook or rail to hang towel or washbag. Shower's temperature control knob was broken so was forced to have a scalding hot shower in order to get clean for work.

    Outstanding customer service from Raakesh – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help! The gentleman at the restaurant during breakfast was absolutely amazing. As vegans, we often have limited options, but he went above and beyond to ensure we had a delicious and satisfying meal. His thoughtfulness and care made our morning extra special – we couldn’t be happier!
    "Uncomfortable beds and plumbing issues"
    My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is poorly managed and lacks basic cleanliness. The rooms were not well maintained—dirty linens, smelly towels, and uncomfortable beds made it hard to relax. Plumbing issues were also a problem, adding to the overall discomfort. Staff attitude left much to be desired. The team was generally unhelpful and unfriendly. In particular, the girl preparing breakfast in the morning appeared visibly unhappy, which created an unpleasant atmosphere and was frankly off-putting. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made in both service and maintenance.

    Great stay hotel clean staff excellent, after a mix up on my part went to speak to ricardo at reception and he did hesitate to help, went out of his way to sort the problem excellent service went above and beyond customer service thanks again
