From the A406, turn right into Fallondent Way/A1. Continue on the A1. Turn right onto Pentonville Road A501. After 0.8 miles, turn left onto A201. "Most uncomfortable night"
Most uncomfortable night sleep I have ever had, felt like no ventilation in the room at all, wast a overly hot weekend when we stayed but because the window dose not open and the hvac is like someone is coughing at you the room just stays very warm with a lack of air. This paired with only one lift available and a max of four people meant ques to use
"Don't bother"
Really gone down hill since I stayed two year ago. Aircon in shocking, only one loft was working and the bed wasn't great either. The room cleaning was just empting bin and replacement towels no cleaning was done. The staff have to be cahsed down at every occasion for any service. I won't be staying again.
"Would stay again"
I stayed here for a couple of nights, as was attending training nearby. On arrival I was a bit confused about check in as it wasn’t obvious and the online check in wasn’t working. Eventually I was seen to by a member of staff. The room was clean and spacious and the bed really comfortable also. The only downsides to the room was the aircon didn’t go cold enough and the circular table in the room wasn’t ideal for working on, would have been much easier to have a small desk in there and there was space for it too. I had a Premier Plus room partially because I was planning on working in there in an evening. Some of the communal areas need some TLC, but the room was modern and seemed pretty fresh. I had breakfast both mornings at the hotel and also ate there one evening. Breakfast was pretty standard and was surprised at my evening meal. I’ve eaten at Premier Inn before and it’s not been great, but this was lovely and great portion size for the price too.
"Lovely stay at a nice hotel"
The hotel was nicely decorated and had clean rooms. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time staying here and everyone slept well. The hotel as a good location near the tate modern and is in walking distance to Westminster and Tower Bridge. Also was reasonably priced for London. I had a great stay.
"Very comfortable stay and great customer service"
Stay in the vicinity for business, and always very impressed with the level of service and hospitality given by the team members. Chris in particular went above and beyond to source me an iron as I made the mistake of only booking a standard room. I was extremely grateful at the time. Many thanks Chris. I have since returned several times.
