The English Breakfast is great!! And so are the staff Stephanie and Irfan are great personalities who make it a enjoyable experience 👍🏼✨👍🏼

Great hotel in a convenient location with good bus and tube connections, very polite and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Avoid this hotel. Needs an urgent refurbishment and is clearly being run for cash. The outside looks like a 1970s Soviet youth hostel. Inside is dark and claustrophobic, with narrow winding corridors. We did not risk the food. Staff doing their best but senior management need to get some capex dollars here fast.

Mario Rachel and Deepak were so lovely to me they are amazing staff i loved the stay and the staff were super friendly make sure you keep them because they are friendly

We stayed at Premier Inn Putney Bridge for 5 nights as a family of four (two adults and two children) and had another really enjoyable experience – this was actually our second time staying here, and we would happily return again. Irfan was brilliant with the children – warm, funny, and so engaging – which really made them feel at ease. Monica on reception was also fantastic; she quickly picked up on the kids’ moods and helped bring them out of themselves, which we truly appreciated after long days out. The housekeeping lady was equally helpful, making sure our room stayed clean and comfortable. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were genuinely lovely – every single person was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is excellent, right by the river and only a short walk to the tube station, making it easy to get into central London while enjoying a quieter area to stay. Rooms were clean, spacious enough for a family, and very comfortable. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel with wonderful staff who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London with children.
