"Black mold spoils the experience"
Pretty good overall, but the shower and sink drain had black mold. Other than that: The staff was friendly, the floor was quiet, and the amenities reasonable. However due to the mold, I wouldn't go back.

Booked ahead so got an amazing price for the location and convenience. Beds are always comfy and breakfast deal with a family is amazing
"Great customer service"
I want to thank Suzit and Diana for going the extra mile and making my friends birthday so special on Sunday 24 August. They noticed it was her birthday and provided a complimentary bottle of wine and gave us a top floor room which was lovely and modern. Throughout the stay both staff members were always smiling and on hand to help with any questions we had. Great staff members a great credit to the Premier inn team.
"Great hotel - breakfast service could be better"
The Premier Inn as itself as the hotel was great. Rooms spacious and clean, plenty of amenities provided, staff helpful and friendly. Fantastic location with short distance to London Underground. The breakfast - served at the attached restaurant - was below what has become expected of a Premier Inn breakfast. Only 2 staff members clearing tables and replenishing cups, plates, glasses etc. and 1 chef refilling food, which led to no cups, glasses or small plates. No bacon, hash browns and scrambled eggs that had been left to dry out. Busy Saturday morning, I would expect more staff available. However, overall a great stay and would stay again.

What a great premiere inn,everything was so good from location to checking in and out,room was large and so comfy, breakfast was very good and loads of options, we would definitely come here again
