    "Great getaway"
Room was large, well-ventilated. Breakfast was good. 10 mins walk to tube. Excellent value for money. Staffs were well-trained and friendly
"DREADFUL DIRTY PLACE...GIVE IT A MISS"
My wife and I (both late seventies) booked a few nights earlier this month. On arrival there was nobody at the desk but an option to book remotely...so we did. Our room was on the top floor, the lifts were out of order so we slowly climbed the stairs.. ..exhausted when we finally arrived at our room I quickly decided this was completely unsuitable. We went back to reception to find just one person operating the reception and bar together. They gave us a better room in the new block. Outside the building was covered in litter, coffee cups and general trash, it looked like it had not been tidied for a long time. Breakfast was ok. To finish a very poor stay, we had to pay £54.00 for parking 3 days. Would NEVER stay there again.
    "Need modernising"
The hotel needs modernisation. Very stale smell throughout and couldn’t open window in room to help ventilate. Service in restaurant in the evening was very slow even though restaurant was not busy. Car park charges horrendous, £19 for less than 24 hr stay.
    "Pleasant stay"
Stayed here for 2 nights. The reception was busy, lots of kids around but check-in was quick. The lift wasn't working, which wasn't a big issue, as my room was on the 1st floor. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Monica was very helpful with my luggage. Room was clean and big enough to my needs. Breakfast was freshly cooked, didn’t have a dinner so can’t comment on that. Over all I had a great stay. Thank you!
    "Great one nighter with breakfast"
Lovely clean room, bathroom and towels. Key card system is easy to use and it was not noisy. Buffet breakfast was great and my kids ate free.
