"Could have been better"
We booked here for two nights, 21st and 22nd June as it is close to the clinic I was booked into. On arrival, it was pretty chaotic in the reception area as the check in was broken. While I was dealing with that, my partner went to the men's toilets. He was disgusted with them. He came and told reception that the urinals were full of urine, some had leaked and they urgently needed attention. The toilet area was also dirty. They did put a sign up that they were out of order. He later used the disabled toilet and said that that was dirty also. We were told to go to the new build. We was pleased about that ....... Well, outside the doors there are cigarette ends/cans, and it has clearly not been swept for months. Our room was ok, but dark and looked tired. A/C was great ! We had the meal deal the first night and that was excellent value for money. All the staff there were very pleasant and attentive. My Partner had the breakfast the next 2 mornings and he said that that was ok. We had to pay £34 for parking and was luckily able to get a disabled space. Having used Premier Inns many times, I was disappointed with the upkeep of this particular one
"Meh stayed at better Premier Inns, didn’t live up to standard/"
Travelled by train/tube 10-15mins from the station. Very small reception area, big car park with EV points, however it did get full and it’s first come for a space. Hotel was fully booked. Our room had a/c which was very much needed. We stayed in the annex building on the 1st floor. A fairly small room for a family room but adequate for the 4 of us. Not much floor space when the 4th bed is up. Seemed clean enough. Visited the bar on the Saturday evening but they had run out of lemonade. Not much of atmosphere, some people had been dining others just having a drink, not furnished to relax. The space doubles up for breakfast which we attended the next morning. We pre booked the day before but didn’t have to give a time allocation (big mistake) breakfast was over run for such a small space - 30min wait for a table and mist joy foods were waiting to be replenished 9am. One 4 slice toaster, no coffee service to the table huge lines for everything. The food was of an ok standard but over all hospitality was a let down. Not much locally to see but a cheaper option to being in central london, easy commute on Northern line - takes about half an hour to Kings X. A longer walk to (25mins) Canons Park station means only 3 stops on tube to Wembley.
"It was OK...."
The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was superficially clean but very worn. The towels smelt musty - I wish I'd have taken my own. The general areas (corridors and stairs) were thick with dust, and the carpets were not clean, and there was a lot of debris. The lift wasn't working, neither was the self check in. The breakfast was good, and the check-out process was easy. The car park was a decent enough size, and I found a space easily underneath CCTV which was reassuring. The air con in the room was a welcome addition, as in the booking it said the windows didn't open (but they did). An OK stay but nothing like how it's advertised on the TV.
"Shocking decline avoid this hotel"
After 30 years of using Premier Inns, this was by far the worst stay I've ever had. I paid £270 for two nights plus £34 for parking — despite being disabled. The room was filthy: stained chair, grimy bathroom, and poor maintenance throughout. The lift was broken (a major issue with mobility), the window didn’t open, the water pressure was terrible, and the air con was stuck at 19°C. Photos attached speak for themselves. I expected better — Premier Inn should be ashamed of the condition of this hotel.
"Premier inn stay"
Great stay just needed somewhere to chill for a few nights. Clean room, comfy bed and great breakfast. Lots of shops near by, restaurants supermarkets and takeaway spots. Breakfast was decent too and quite varied. Staff allowed me to move room when the HDMI cable would not work. They were so short staffed so wait time were a little prolonged but the service was positive and did not reflect this.
