Directions:

From the M25 take J7 to the M23. The M23 will become the A23 (Purley & Croydon). Exit on the A232 off to the right after passing through Purley, follow Croydon Town Centre signs to the roundabout, when approaching the roundabout keep in the left hand lane, follow signs to Town Centre (do not go through the underpass), turn right at the second set of traffic lights and continue along George St. Take the first left onto Dingwell Rd. If travelling by train, exit East Croydon Station and turn right, take first right and continue to the roundabout, the hotel is on the left.

There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Discounted chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Ruskin Square (CR0 2NB), at £12 per 24 hours. Please bring the car parking ticket to reception to be stamped for the discounted price. Please note you’ll need to park for a minimum of 10 hours to claim discounted rate. There is a new one way system in Croydon Town Centre, directions to the car park from the A212 are as follows: turn right onto Bedford Park Road, at the end of the road, turn right onto Lansdowne Road, the car park will be on your right.

"Definitely stay again!!"
The service was absolutely second to none. Duty manager Rashmi was an absolute star in looking after us. Marcia in the restaurant who was also extremely busy made sure we were looked after. These two women made our stay flawless and amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Room was huge and very clean. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back to stay and will recommend to family and friends. Well done Rashmi and Marcia keep up the good work.
"Disappointed"
Paid for a comfort plus room and there was no hot water on the night of my arrival - disappointing as I wanted to get ready for an evening function. There rest of my stay was good however. The staff at breakfast were particular pleasant and welcoming.

Excellent attention from staff and particularly Teresa. Couldn’t have made my stay any better. Easy check in and excellent breakfast. Complemented by a great sleep
"Good location"
The reception team were very welcoming and friendly and made the check in process really easy for me. The hotel is in a good location for the amenities in town, all of the transport links are really good, the East Croydon station (Thameslink line), the trams and the buses seemed very regular. Both the tram and train go straight to Brighton about a 53 minute journey and apparently only £7.
"Brilliant staff always there to help with a smile even if some customers are difficult!"
Always good to stay at this hotel the staff are lovely and go out of their way to assist should there be any problems. The only slight niggle is with corporate meal deal bookings, the system is always a problem and takes ages to sort out everytime I stay. Teresa the hostess at breakfast is great, really helpful and I hope you feel better soon Teresa!!
