    "Lovely Hotel Experience"
    We stayed there two nights in family room. That was very good room and important thing was that is very cleaned. They had good spread of breakfast. The staff is very good and helpful.
    "Don’t use their car park"
    Check in took a while as a few people having issues. Booked a twin room but got given a double. Didn’t have any towels left in the room. Main issue was the next morning when I went to leave my car had been broken into, window smashed in. Do not park here. It seems in a safe location but clearly not. Staff not really helpful with this. Would not return.
    "Disappointing"
    The room was dirty, with dubious looking spots on the curtains and the toilet seats. The evening meal was a joke, the burger served to my daughter had the tiniest patty in it and extremely dry and empty. The payment system was out of order so I had to find cash to be able to pay for the dinner as apparently it wasn't possible to just put the charge to the room's tab and pay it at the checkout or after the payment system comes back alive again. In the morning I couldn't drink coffee as the coffee machine was running it's daily maintenance program the whole 30 minutes I was there having breakfast. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, I can't see myself returning anytime soon.

    Good low budget hotel with friendly staff. We stayed there for visiting Wembley stadion/Oasis concert. Rooms were clean & the full english breakfast was good. A special mention & hat tip to Sisay Beyene for the the friendly welcome at breakfast, every day :)
    "A hidden gem of a hotel in London!"
    This is a hidden gem of a hotel! It is situated in a lovely little area of London and is only 15/20 minutes walk away from the nearest underground station, from which the rest of London is easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size and the food was delicious.

    Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away. When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious bed.
