"Great london experience"
Great experience overall. Location was great, bedrooms excellent, staff really friendly and attentive, bar and breakfast really good.
"Good but could be better with window."
Good for one night, some rooms without windows and thats for me who is claustrophobic is not best.Clean and small Room enough for 1 person. Recepction very friendly, breakfast only £8
"A fantastic stay."
My fiancé and I stayed here from August 01st to August the 03rd 2025. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and all the staff were fantastic. The food was of good quality and the hotel was in a great location for accessing central London, especially by foot.
"Nice hotel but staff are lazy!"
The hotel itself was great and clean but the staff were so inattentive. Upon check in we had paid for 11am but only one of the rooms was ready, they wouldn’t even let us have the second room so we had to wait around until 3pm for the other members of our group to check in. Bar service was awful in the afternoon with nobody to serve at all this made the wait for the room very boring! There were no cups for the free re and coffee, when I asked I was told it would take a very long time to get the cups and to use a glass instead - I declined as they’re not made for hot beverages and wouldn’t risk it shattering! At this point there were three members of staff messing around behind the bar so one of them could have got cups!
"This Hotel Deserves to Be Condemned"
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It is the most dosgusting, dirty, dangerous and flat out grim place I’ve ever stepped foot in. On top of this I was charged £200 for the privilege. I’ve been contacting them for weeks since my stay regarding the horrific experience I had and have had no response. I’d rather sleep in a pile of poo than step foot into this hell hole again.
