    Great staff couldn't help enough,happy hour every day,slept great and felt welcome,what more can you ask...would stay here again such was the excellent service and comfort

    The room was good and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked good as well. Very nice and delicious food. I enjoyed my time there and had lovely dinner. Location is good as well, close to Lakeside shopping center. For sure will come again if I have a chance.

    The staff in this particular hotel went above and beyond to help us having a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, you must eat in the restaurant as there are no places around but I guarantee that you won’t regret it. The Hotel Manager was on top of the details and made sure that we were looked after. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

    The hotel it’s very well located. Inside food it’s great breakfast or dinner and also very friendly staff. They have helped me with luggage’s and also with the food in the restaurant as I have special adjustments. The chef in the kitchen went extra miles to bring my food out and checked on me.     Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings. Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
