"Night sleep"

"Dissappoinred with the hotel and Eastbourne."
We did stay at the Premier Inn Eastbourne nights in a Premier Plus room.Town Centre for 4 nights in a Premier Plus room number 304. We had stayed at this same hotel last year and found everything to be perfect. This year the room, staff and facilities were very good. However since the breakfast arrangements have been changed to a self service buffet, this resulted in the hotel being let down by the hot food being stone cold. Considering the cost this was not acceptable. We realise the large amount of noisy and dusty roadworks right outside the hotel is beyond your control, we do feel that this should be pointed out when booking, because of this and the fact that the beautiful famous carpet gardens being removed and replaced by loose shingle and blocks of wood like old railway sleepers and worse still all the bench seating along the promenade near the pier being removed has meant that those less able are now unable to sit down and relax. Eastbourne is not the lovely Eastbourne we used to love and enjoy, so we will not be returning to Eastbourne again.
"Don't go there"
We booked a room with 2 beds. Only one made up, and only one set of towels. Went out to eat, returned at 9pm - still the bed wasn't ready. Had to wait til 9.30. No kettle, and air con not functioning well, but a fan was produced. Dirty carpet and something not nice on the wall. Continental breakfast was dreadful, and very poor value for money. Probably the worst Premier Inn I have ever visited. I won't be back!
"Lovey premier inn (nearly)"
Usual excellent premier inn value for the room with lovely staff and all very clean . But as with most premier inns the quality of the breakfast and evening meal lets it down . There are some very nice eating places within a very short walk for breakfast and evening meals at the same cost or less
"Quality as expected"
Stayed for 2 nights to visit the Eastbourne tennis and upgraded to a Premier Plus room. The room was nice and with Premier you always get what it says on the tin. The room was comfy, there was no noise from outside although there was work being undertaken on the pavement. Staff were friendly and breakfast was the normal fried breakfast with pastries and cornflakes. The one issue I had was the wi-fi. As we were in a Premium Plus room we had complimentary ultra fast wi-fi. When we arrived we were emailed 2 codes as each code is only valid for 24 hours. The email said we had to use the wi-fi codes each night and it could be used for 3 devices. It took me 20 minutes to access the wi-fi and then only on 2 devices. There was a help line but I didn’t expect a response late evening so didn’t try it. We stay in many hotels and the wi-fi access is normally instantaneous and there is not a need for a different code each night so Premier Inn please upgrade your systems .
