    "Worst premier inn experience"
I stayed 2 nights with my family a week apart. On the first night we got to our room and the sink was blocked, dirty and had a horrible smell to it, there was an poo stain on the toilet and the desk below the tv had stain all over it giving us the impression our room hadn’t been cleaned. In the morning there was no hash browns, cereal or croissants there was also no juice and the coffee machine was out of order. When we was finished there were no napkins anywhere and when asked for some got given a roll of blue roll. On night 2 our room had no toilet roll. In the morning no tables were cleaned so we had to sit on a dirty table until someone came over to clean it and still there was no coffee. Staff were running around and there was only one person dealing with everything. Feel sorry for the staff dealing with dirty tables, checking customers in and behind the bar. The lack of staff is a genuine concern
"The worst premier inn I have ever visited"
I stayed for 2 nights at a total cost of just below £350 for bed and breakfast. I arrived at 2.25pm and was charged the £15 early access fee. After which I had to wait in reception whilst the receptionist ran up to the room so she could check if it was ready. At breakfast on day 1 there was no hash browns or veggie sausages or bacon “I suppose I could cook you some sausages-we don’t get much demand for them”. They were out of hash browns as it had been a busy summer! On day 2 at breakfast, still no hash browns, the coffee machine was out of order, they had run out of juice and there were no croissants! It was busy and the tables were filthy, customers were using blue roll to clean their own before they sat down. When I politely queried why they had run out of so much the answer I got was that it was summer and they were busy. I was charged a premium for staying over a bank holiday weekend but yet the standards fell short. Premier inn has always been my “go to “ choice in the past but I will be wary now. It was not good value for money
    "Breakfast visit"
Came here for breakfast as a family of 6. 3 of us came for breakfast the previous morning and the food was great but the visit was tainted by an acounter with the male cook serving the buffet, very rude. However, today's experience has been fabulous. 3 of the party were stuck in traffic and running late for 10:30 cut off. We spoke with the chef and not only did she say it was okay and not to worry but, she also cooked all fresh food for us. A table was cleared for us promptly and toast, pancakes etc topped up on request. Our highlight was Tracey, the cook. She was so incredibly friendly, hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to the team. Thank you Tracey, you made us feel so welcome. We will definitely visit again.
"Great place to stay, comfy and great staff"
We had an enforced stay away from home because of building work at home. We chose the PI at Seaton as it was available (I needed an accessible room), not too far from home, by the sea, and was good value for money We stayed for four nights. The bed was comfy, we ate in the first night and following morning with their meal deal and was not disappointed. It was very warm weather for the UK and thank goodness the room had air conditioning. We didn't venture far because of the heat. There's a large Tesco Extra within a two minute walk where we bought food for two nights, eating at a lovely pizzeria on the other night Seaton is small, fairly quiet while we were there but there's plenty to do in the vicinity The room was great, the beds are very comfy, even for my insomniac husband. Premier Inn maintain a good standard, especially for disabled travellers. I'd recommend most of their newly built hotels
