    "Great location, comfy room, friendly staff."
    Family room big enough for 4 of us. Clean room, asked for more towels and cups and these were supplied happily, quick & efficient check-in. Friendly staff. Great location for exploring Plymouth, plus a huge supermarket a 5 minute walk over the bridge in case you forget any essentials.

    Great customer service from Kirsty on reception! Had a slight issue, she took time to listen, apologise and get things sorted for me, she even upgraded my room for me. She treated me like I mattered instead of an annoyance like you get in many other hotels. She greeted everyone with a friendly smile, she is a credit to this hotel chain. My room was beautifully clean and the new upgrades look very stylish.

    Nice place and very close to the city center by car. Rooms were very comfortably arranged and good enough for our entire family.

    Terrible night sleep due to being put in a room above the bar with intrusive music and next to the stairs where the corridor door would slam shut constantly. I would not recommend staying here if you need a good night’s sleep… There was nothing Premier about my nights sleep or lack there of more to the point. Very disappointed ☹️

    Great 2 night stay. Room clean and spacious. Check in quick and efficient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Used meal deal for Beefeater and found food and restaurant next door first class. Best breakfast and service ever received from Premier Inn.
