"Ok but could be better"
While the room was spacious and clean it unfortunately lacked comfort of the bed and room temp. The windows opened slightly so any breeze was minimal but blocked by a van. As a family room there was no standard air con and with 2 fans that hardly blew any air it was a very uncomfortable night for temperature and bed comfort. The shower was poor in pressure and with no anti slip mat it made the shower and bath extremely slippy and dangerous. There is not bath mat on the floor so you have to use extra towels to ensure you dont wet the floor and slip again. Our son requires his own cerial as he has sensory needs but the lack of a refrigerator it made keeping the milk cool impossible. We had to store it with a family member who was in a premier plus room. I am glad we only stayed one night. I would not chose to stay at another family room premier inn again unless the small things such as ac in the heat or better fans were changed.
"Premier Inn, Plymouth"
The room was in great order, clean bathroom, the welcome was good. We also ate in the attached Beefeater, I rarely attend these kind of restaurants but this was superb, great food, nicely cooked, service was perfect by engaging staff. Breakfast also very good. The bad: The tap in the washbasin is evidently limited to prevent water wastage. This is fine but it took ages to fill the kettle! Also the shower pressure was so poor that I had to resort to having a bath which does nothing for saving water.
"3 Night Stay at East Plymouth"
From our greeting on arrival and breakfasting here, till our departure, our 3 night stay was all we could have wished for. Ideal, out of town location, to explore Plymouth and surrounding areas.
"Cleaner needed"
Whole hotel needs hoovering. All passage ways needed hoovering. Bathroom was dirty. I used soap and water and could get the stains off the bathroom floor. Looks like there is airconditioning installled there are vents above the door in the room but it is turned off. The normal fan placed in the room was blowing nothing. I removed the front grill and cleaned the fan blades. They were grubby. It then produced the required air flow.
"Very unpleasant."
Pillows awfully, I got earache. The room was very hot, which was understandable up to a point but there was no ventilation, it was stifling. My friend and I were expected to share towels, and the staff were quite rude about it. The mattress was fine.
