"Brilliant AC !"
The AC was brilliant, we didn't feel the heat wave! the pillows could do with a new ones, as the one we had were flat and very firm.
"The Corrs 2025"
From arrival, we were greeted by a lovely male reception staff member who was so helpful withdirectionstovThe Hoe ..didn't get his name. Unfortunately the lifts were out of order but didn't impact on our stay. Room comfortable as most Premier Inns are. Breakfast, again, everything as expected. All the staff we encountered during our stay were polite, courteous & helpful . Fantastic base for exploring Plymouth..near the Aquarium, The Hoe, Barbican & more ❤️
"Birthday celebrations"
Highly recommend staying at Premier Inn Sutton Harbour. Staff went above and beyond for you, we arrived early and the staff said our rooms were ready so we were able to book in early. Once they knew it was my birthday they quickly sent up a gift (2 bottles of wine) and a card which was so kind of them 😊. The room looked over the harbour which was even better, lovely comfortable bed and good facilities. We normally stay here twice a year and will remain to do so, thankyou for a lovely stay ❤️
"Great stay"
Arrived slightly earlier than our pre-booked early check-in, but friendly and helpful staff found us a room straight away. It was an ideal refuge during a spell of wild and windy weather. Third floor Premier Plus with a view - opening window, deep joy - over the fishing harbour. Clean, quiet, well equipped, good wifi, and we parked with ease. Premier Inn at its best. And staff were great - room service responded generously to a request for extra towels. I don't get along with Premier Inn's food offering but there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, convenience stores and so on on the Barbican nearby. Added point: We know Plymouth well, and good, focussed, energetic customer service as we experienced at Sutton Harbour Premier Inn is uncommon. For example, the nearby Miller& Carter was grubby, slow, disorganised, unloved and unwelcoming when we looked in for a pre-supper drink.
"Pay for parking , then none available"
Absolutely disgusted We went for a two night break Not much sleep first night due to parties in the area even with the windows closed Went out into Plymouth around 11am and returned 10.30pm after paying for parking 2 days , there was nothing , we are both blue badge holders with limited mobility , all parking bays disabled and normal were full , even parking on paths any space was full . No other option available apart from find another car park and use that , um limited mobility not a perfect response , then spoke with the manager re a refund So ended up driving home , getting back at 4am , Will not return
