    "One night stay"
    Stephan ( not sure if that’s how it’s spelt) blokes on fire short staffed but looked after everyone including my table under a lot of pressure but blokes on it , food not bad beers good nice location rooms ok
    "Very pleasantly surprised"
    We rarely use hotels etc & have never used a Premier Inn before,HOWEVER our visit has changed that, just had 2 nights at the Countess Wear in Exeter & thoroughly enjoyed it. Same can be said for the food in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant. Both very pleasantly surprising. Thank You

    Checked in by Lucy. What a great example of how the job should be done by this fine young lady . Smiling , chatty and actually made customers feel welcome . Every premier inn should have a Lucy on reception . Fantastic ambassador for the company.

    Lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere perfect for resting. The staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. Would definitely recommend.

    Awful - tried to book in 1 hour early but was told would charge me extra. I cane back st 9pm and took 30 mins for someone to brother to turn up. Awful.
