    "Excellent"
Excellent room spotless, breakfast and evening meal deal was excellent could not fault friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend and stay again price was good too
    "Good place to stay"
Visiting nearby family. Good location for us. Short walk into town if you need anything. Room was clean and comfortable, free WiFi a little slow but still usable. Lots of places to visit locally if you want to explore.
    "Premier Inn Matlock"
Friendly staff, good location and enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. Car parking was a little restricted due to some on-going works.
    "Natick Premier inn"
One of the best Premier inn s I have stayed at. Friendly, welcoming staff who looked after us. The hotel is located near the town centre ( about a 10 minute walk). The room was spotless and comfortable with tea and coffee and towels etc, provided. The shower 🚿 was fantastic and no matter what time you used it, the water was always hot. When we stayed the hotel was full every night but there was no noise to be heard either from other guests or road noise. The food was excellent although a limited menu in the evenings, the breakfasts were amazing. Always fresh and not and the staff were very friendly and professional. The only down side was the parking area. If you arrived after 5 pm you would struggle to park as there are spaces taken by civil engineering equipment but I assume they are temporary and to be fair, additional parking was available at the leisure centre next door.
    "Disappointing stay"
Stayed here after reading a few good reviews on TA and had used Premier Inn for short stays in the past which had been fine, and also the location was great for our plans. Sadly, after staying here I would think twice before using them again. I read Patrick N’s review below and guess we were staying over the same period. We also found our room much too warm at night and this coupled with an annoying low-pitched humming sound throughout the night, which was I guess the air conditioning, prevented us from getting a restful nights sleep. Our room also had a nasty stale smell when returning after our days out, so much so that we bought an air freshener to improve things. I think the combination of non opening windows and the carpets in need of a good clean were probably the cause. We also had problems when using the hotel restaurant in the evening with several items on the menu unavailable, even when eating early. On a positive note though, the breakfast was great. Also another positive for this hotel were the staff, who were really friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a problem in the evenings with not enough spaces for the size of the hotel, the alternative is to use the leisure centre car park next door, which is not that close and at the top of a hill, which could prove difficult for the less able bodied, it was also made worse during our stay with ten spaces blocked off to store building materials. Overall, I didn’t rate this hotel good value for money, probably ok for just an overnight stay.
