"Business stay - helpful staff"
On arrival at the hotel there had been a mix up with my hotel booking with my work. Chloe on reception was so helpful, making sure I could get a room sorted, providing me with the ability to connect to the ultimate WiFi so I could book the room via my phone. She was polite and professional, a great asset to the team at Derby East. Thank you Chloe
"Uncomfortably hit rooms"
Although no air conditioning in the hotel , the fans in the room were not only extremely dirty they were like a toy. When asked fir another fan , we were told there are other guests still to arrive.
"Great nights sleep"
Excellent value for money. Room very clean and had meal deal which again was excellent value. Chloe and Riley were very friendly and helpful staff. Well managed hotel. Would come back again and best part is it is close enough to East Midlands Airport to travel but not too close as the aircraft noise keeps you awake.

A wonderful stay from beginning to end. The staff were so friendly, helpful & attentive, even during telephone calls, prior to booking. Nothing was too much trouble at breakfast, despite us turning up at 10:00, having forgotten to pre-book the evening before!! Extra food was cooked to order & even brought to our table, with a smile & a chat 😁 Definitely the best Premier Inn we’ve ever stayed at!!!
