    "Excellent hotel"
    The hotel is very nice, quiet and excellently located. There are plenty of parking spaces on a reseanable price. Rooms cosy, beds comfortable allowing good night rest. Spotless clean. Breakfast: Eat as much as you can, varieties of coffee & tea. The only thing that could be improved is the staff to be smiling more and to be friendly 😊
    "Give Chloe a pay rise"
    Chloe was exceptional, well mannered and made me feel great, but the other manager couldn’t grasp her name was just sat behind the desk doing nothing whilst Chloe was running around doing everything she could to make my stay perfect and other guest
    "Beware disabled community"
    As a disabled person this premier is not disabled friendly. No lowered desk at reception. Numerous doors, accessible room too far. Slippery lowered bath. Bed too low. However good parking. All premiers should have walk in showers.

    Staff worked really hard to sort our large group. Room was clean and food was good. Parking is now charged so make sure u pay
    "Exceptional hospitality"
    Staff are exceptional!! They all went above and beyond, hospitality is of a very high standard. One particular person "Callum" really stood out in delivering such a high level of service to all guests. Extremely busy restaurant and bar but all the staff worked very well to maintain a constant flow of service, which allowed all guest to feel relaxed and catered for.
