"Delicious food"
overall my stay was good. The bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Very dated old premier inn not worth the £125 a night, staff were great, quite possibly the worst breakfast we have had at a premier inn and we have stayed at 100’s, save ya money eat elsewhere awful food, greasy, sausages dry, poached egg rock hard, ps no coffee machine either, children had pancakes about all possible to eat.

The staff at Sandiway went over and above to make sure that my stay was the best it could be right from checking me in. Sarah, Gwyneth and Mary who were on the reception were amazing in every way. The room was clean, tidy and adequate for my three night stay and the staff reminded me that I could renew the towels, have the room cleaned if I wanted.

I had a wonderful stay again at Premier Inn, thanks to the incredibly friendly receptionist. From the moment I walked in, Mary always greets me with a warm smile and makes check-in a breeze. Their helpful attitude and genuine kindness made me feel truly welcome. It’s always lovely to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys their job. A fantastic first impression that set the tone for a great stay!
