"Great location within short walk from station"
We had a 2 night stay booked in a Premier Plus Room. On arrival we were told that the air conditioning was not working by would be restored within the hour. The air conditioning did not work for the whole duration of our stay and we were offered a fan. The room was extremely hot and we could not use the room for any prolonged period of time. We had 2 sleepless uncomfortable nights which spoilt our stay. On a positive note the staff were very pleasant considering they were so short staffed.

Staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness is of high standard and the food was delicious and super price!

A very comfortable and clean hotel. Great customer service. It's a 25 minute walk from the racecourse, 5 minute walk from the railway station and across a roundabout from the main city centre street. Very good meal deal which is evening meal and unlimited breakfast for £27.99
"First visit to Chester"
Comfortable stay, easy to find, good access into town centre, canals etc, friendly staff, clean room / bathroom with great shower(s), restaurant served nice food. Would ask for a different room next time as was quite dark with limited natural light

Very comfortable rooms.... would stay there again....ideal for a short break in Chester... close to the station and a short walk in to the centre.
