"Awful stay"
One towel in room. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable we had a very poor nights sleep. Nowhere for breakfast I would not stay here again I was very disappointed, I have never had a problem with premier inn before.
"Watch out - no breakfast on site"
Easy to park. Bed comfortable and shower worked well. Reception staff good. But note that there is no breakfast available and this is not very clear on the booking site. Also nothing much locally to do. Budget accommodation.
"Not "Premier" ..Better options locally."
Nothing Premier about this place. No food facility nearby so no breakfast, no lift so lug your bags upstairs, room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and had ash on the windowsill, mattress was old and sagging. Plenty of other options nearby...use them.
"Needs a good clrean and refurb"
Needs a good clean and refurbishment. Fine if you just want a bed but its not in the best condition. Only one towel per room which was like sandpaer and tisses insteadd of toilet roll. Also no stairs. Its fine if you just want to crash out etc but not the best..........
"Never again - terrible customer service"
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. First impressions of the receptionist were poor, she appeared from the back office, no eye contact and said ‘name’? No smile or greeting which when I had paid £466 for 3 nights I expected better. The bedroom carpet needed a deep clean, the bed was comfortable which was the only positive I have. It’s put my off premier inns for life. We had to extend our stay in Bristol but we moved hotels.
