Maidenhead Town Centre hotel

Recently I stayed in your one of the hotels. It was really good experience from check in to till check out, which includes guest service from staff , cleanliness, atmosphere, rooms and also attitude of staff which was really impressive. Food was also too good dinner and breakfast, service of breakfast is great. To be honest, we didn’t feel we stayed in hotel room it was feeling like staying at home everything was perfect. Highly recommend with friends or families.overall it was one of my greatest stays in hotel.

Lovely site situated in the middle of a roundabout , staff brilliant , Sahil , Chris made our holiday meorable , they even remembered our names . How good was it .

An excellent accessible room with a low bath which was easy to get in and out. Needed the rubber mats to stop me slipping, which were provided.

Had a quick 2 night stay at Maidenhead Town Centre. 2 adults, 2 kids - so I was checking underneath everything to see they hadn’t dropped anything. Found what was probably a used bag of c0ca1ne. Now, I’m not naive enough to think that no-one does coke in the rooms but I sure as hell expect rooms to be cleaned properly afterwards; before you offer the rooms out as a “family room”. This is not even remotely acceptable. Furthermore, when I challenged staff on the matter and complained, I was offered to have my breakfast refunded. That is an insult I refused. The aircon was also faulty, on account of a busted up panel. I was offered to change rooms but given we’d been travelling all day, had got comfy in the room and unpacked a bit, I kindly turned down this offer after it had been switched on remotely by reception. The tv didn’t work either. I was told the bag wasn’t picked up because they use robot hoovers now. Weak excuse after weak excuse. Adding up to awful customer service, really awful - especially from Elvis I’m afraid to say. Chris, doing the breakfast, was fantastic however.

Arrived at reception to not a very friendly or welcoming person who I have to say smelt of stale tobacco and body odour. Told him my name, gave me my room entry card, no instructions on how to use it in the lift and no mention of usual reception speak of “enjoy your stay”, almost silently blunt/rude. Got to room and as I opened the door was hit by stale tobacco and body odour. The room was clean but lacking in fresh air hence the horrid smell. Sheets a bit tired although clean. Room very dull. Definitely needed to air the room. Had to leave the door open until bedtime. Furniture was looking tired with scuff marks on the front of the dressing table unit. Old and tired feeling, not at all like the adverts portray! Very disappointed.
